Imagine that you go to work every day in a quaint New England town, in a beautifully restored old mill building, with water running underneath it. And that the people you work with are some of the sweetest, kindest people you’ve ever met. Try to envision yourself bringing your dog or your baby to work with you and then imagine that the actual work you do is helping our earth. Picture yourself walking over to the little general store to grab a cup of coffee and maybe have your company meeting at their little cafe table.
I can honestly tell you that a place like this actually exists! I was lucky enough to spend the morning with 350 Media in Harrisville, NH and enjoyed every minute of it. Oliver and Sara wanted to update their company head shots and be able to give their global clients a sense of who they are and where they work. We spent a little time in and around the beautiful 350 Media office and then walked over to the Harrisville General Store to grab a cup of coffee, a pretty common routine for these guys. I couldn’t help myself and loved grabbing a few details in the adorable little store while we were there. Seriously, you need a fresh doughnut? You need a handcrafted felt doll? Maybe a bottle of wine and some grass fed organic beef? It’s all here!
I’m pretty sure that if most people worked in this kind of environment the world would most certainly be a better place.
Here’s my favorite head shot! Ever!
