Atticus is 3 and 1/2 now.  He’s right on the cusp of not napping anymore.  It’s a tricky time for parents because they’re still tired in the day but if you let them nap you pay for it at bedtime (ie they won’t go to bed until 10pm!!!).  It’s also a  transition time for moms because while it’s nice to not have your life ruled by naptime anymore (ie “we can’t come to the party because it’s nap time” or “don’t let them fall asleep in the car because it will ruin naptime”) it’s also a nice quiet time of the day for everyone to regroup.

Atti was so tired the other day that I let him take a nap.  I’m not sure how many more of these we’ll get so I wanted a few pictures of his angelic little face while he was sleeping.
